Where can I find a good vocal or acting school?

I'm only 13, but I would like to go to a vocal school, to work on my singing skills, because I'm not good at it. I would also like a good acting school, because everyone says I'm a good Actress, plus I would like to give it a chance. Enough though I'm very shy. I don't want to quit school, and yes I have many backup plans. Just in case. I have good grades, and I don't want to go to a rip off school.
