How is the performing arts program in Upenn?

I'm interested in the arts and i want to know how the performing arts is at Upenn because it's one of the top universities in the U.S. anyways, i was also thinking of Julliard or NYU. If this helps, my majors are vocal, creative writing and visual arts.
